為推動國內金融科技創新發展，金管會除研擬《金融科技創新實驗條例》草案，並已提報行政院，也研擬了十大金融科技發展計畫，促進產業創新，包括擴大行動支付的運用及創新、鼓勵銀行與P2P網路借貸平台合作、建置基金網路銷售平台、打造數位化帳簿劃撥作業環境及身分識別服務中心，而至今（2017）年1月底，行動支付總交易金額達26.5億元。
金管會提出金融科技發展10大計畫，首先在擴大行動支付的運用及創新部分，金管會表示，至今年1月底，行動支付總交易金額達26.5億元，另國際發卡組織Visa與銀行合作將於近期推出醫療行動支付APP（醫指付），民眾可用手機支付醫藥費。
金管會也鼓勵銀行與P2P網路借貸平台合作，推動「鼓勵銀行與網路借貸平台業者合作」模式，於網路借貸平台業者不違反相關金融法令提前下，由銀行與網路借貸平台業者採轉投資或業務合作方式，推展網路借貸業務，共同發展創新且具效率的商業模式，適度降低參與者的相關風險。
另外，金管會也要促進群眾募資平台健全發展，截至今年1月底，已核准7家證券商，其中3家已開業，已辦理2家公司募資案，募1200萬元；創櫃板亦已協助101家公司籌資成功，籌資金額約16.04億元。
同時，鼓勵保險業開發FinTech大數據應用的創新商品，截至今年1月底，已核准26家保險業者包括13家壽險及13家產險開辦網路投保業務，保費收入7.72億元，投保件數79.6萬件，並核准任意汽車保險車聯網UBI保險商品及健康管理保險商品。
還有建置基金網路銷售平台，發展智能理財服務，由集保結算所及櫃買中心轉投資設立「基富通證券公司」建置以金融科技為核心的基金網路銷售平台，並已在去年10月14日上路，截至今年1月底交易申購金額19.44億元。
金管會也推動金融業積極培育金融科技人才，以因應金融科技發展，金融總會已設立「金融科技發展基金」，將協助金融科技的創新創業及培育金融科技人才，期能達成3年培育至少2000名以上學生及4000名以上相關產業人員的預期目標。
金管會也要打造數位化帳簿劃撥作業環境，自2016年12月28日起，投資人可免臨櫃辦理帳簿劃撥作業，並預計今年第1季完成手機證券存摺，建構網路化、行動化服務介面及直通式作業平台，打造資訊不落地自動化作業環境。
同時，推展分散式帳冊技術的應用研發，除國內產業、學界及研究機構已投入分散式帳冊技術的應用研發外，財金公司已於2016年9月成立金融區塊鏈平台，將國內45家金融機構納入「金融區塊鍵技術研究與應用委員會」，整合資源協助銀行共同發展金融區塊鏈技術的相關應用。
不僅如此，還要建立金融資安資訊分享與分析中心。金管會表示，資訊安全是金融科技發展的基本條件，預計於今年起建置金融資安資訊分享與分析中心，藉由資安威脅事件的處理經驗分享，提升金融機構及早因應與危機應變能，該中心將銀行、證券、期貨及保險業納入資安聯防體系，建立跨部會資安資訊分享機制，規畫於機制完備後移轉由中立的公司繼續維運。
此外，金管會也將打造身分識別服務中心，短期請金融相關公會組成推動小組，規畫由專業第三方機構建立身分識別服務中心，中期建立符合國際身分識別標準，訂定各類信物信賴等級的作業，長期拓展信物驗證類別，發展新興驗證機制。

橘子表示，不僅遊戲關卡背景及音樂都將以「七大罪」的風格進行打造，玩家可透過關卡任務百分百獲得人氣主角「愛哭公主?伊麗莎白」。不僅如此，更釋出由魔神化騎士長「韓德利克森」所推出的神級關卡與最可愛的吉祥物「霍克」打造的專屬關卡。
為歡慶《召喚圖板》中文版與超人氣動漫「七大罪」合作，同步期間限定釋出「魔神?梅里奧達斯」、「梅里奧達斯」、「班」、「金恩」、「瑪琳」、「哥賽爾」、「黛安娜」、「吉爾桑達」、「豪瑟」等9位全新角色，期待帶給玩家更新鮮的娛樂內容。
橘子集團雖然第 3季在遊戲產業旺季帶動下，本業轉虧為盈，但受持有樂陞股票認列投資減損達3.25億元影響，單季EPS為-1.94元，累計前3季EPS為-2.21元。
